Dr. David M. Bartels will be traveling to the Miller Conference held in Manchester, U.K. during September. While there, he will giving a talk at University of Leeds on September 16th, and the University of Manchester on September 17th. His talk is titled, "Partial Molar Volume of the Hydrated Electron and a Comment on its Vertical Detachment Energy."
